Ok, so you are trying to find your site/blog url in general? Are you on blogger or wordpress?
If on blogger, then if you are in your blogger admin, you would click the "view blog" link at the end of your tabs.
Wordpress, from your wp admin,you would mouse over the blog name in the admin menu above in gray, and click "view site"
